Once we receive your booking form and payment, we will send you an email confirmation and information on travel insurance. Your actual tickets and travel documents will be sent 2 weeks prior to departure by priority mail. Please note your reservation is NOT confirmed until we receive both the booking form and payment.

• Rates are per person based on specified room occupancy
• Rates are based on check payment; Payment via credit card is accepted with a 3% surcharge (Visa, MC or AMX)
• Package is 100% non refundable
• Travel insurance is available and highly recommended
• This is an independent vacation package - NOT an escorted tour. You will have plenty of free time to sightsee at your own pace.
• Services of the Sun Valley Travel host are available only on the nights of the game to facilitate bus transfers to/from the hotel.
• Must be 21 years of age to check into the hotel with photo ID and major credit card in your name (debit cards not acceptable)
• No name changes are permitted within 14 days of arrival
• Travel documents are mailed 2 weeks prior to your departure.
• No refund given for lost/stolen tickets or unused portions of your trip
• Airfare to California or transportation to/from airports in California not included
• Not Included: Anything of a personal nature or not specified in the itinerary
